“Not published” means we did not find a renewal price stated by the vendor on the date we checked. It is not a claim that the price changes on renewal, and it is not a claim that it doesn’t.

WHOOP One is $199 a year, with Peak at $239 and Life at $359. The band comes with the membership rather than being bought, which is the whole of the pricing model and the reason this record reads differently from every other one on the ledger.

We did not verify a month-to-month option, so we are not printing one. The plans we could read are annual commitments.

Then the part that decides whether $199 is expensive. WHOOP’s own support documentation states that once a membership is cancelled you cannot collect, upload or analyse biometric data. Your history is not deleted and returns if you reactivate, and you can request a copy of your data. But the band stops being a tracker on the day the payment stops. This is not a subscription that unlocks features. It is the operating cost of the hardware.

Where we have written about this

This is a price record, not a review. We do not rate the product, we track what it charges. The method is on how we check prices; mistakes end up in the corrections log.
