“Not published” means we did not find a renewal price stated by the vendor on the date we checked. It is not a claim that the price changes on renewal, and it is not a claim that it doesn’t.
Microsoft 365 Family is $129.99 a year, or $12.99 a month, which works out at $155.88 if you pay monthly for twelve months. Microsoft describes the storage as “Up to 6 TB of secure cloud storage (1 TB per person)”.
Read literally, that is the cheapest terabyte in consumer cloud storage: $21.67 per TB per year. Read carefully, it is six separate 1 TB allowances attached to six separate Microsoft accounts. One person cannot pool them into a 6 TB drive, so the $21.67 figure only applies if you genuinely have six people who each want a terabyte.
The storage is also not what you are mainly buying. The same $129.99 carries the desktop Office apps, Copilot allowances and Defender for all six people, which is why comparing it against a pure storage plan on price per terabyte flatters it.
Microsoft states the subscription automatically renews unless cancelled. It does not state a renewal price.
