“Not published” means we did not find a renewal price stated by the vendor on the date we checked. It is not a claim that the price changes on renewal, and it is not a claim that it doesn’t.

MacroFactor is $71.99 a year or $11.99 a month, and it is the one entry on this ledger with no free tier at all. That changes what the number means. Everywhere else in this category the paid price is what you pay to remove a limit; here it is what you pay to open the app.

Paid monthly for a year it comes to $143.88, so the annual plan is the only sensible way to buy it. Against the rest of the ledger it sits near the top: $37 a year above PlateLens at $34.99, $17 above Cronometer Gold, and $8 below MyFitnessPal Premium.

What it sells for that money is adaptive targets — macros that recalculate from your own weight and intake trend rather than from a formula you filled in once. It is a real feature and nobody else does it as well. Whether it is worth double the cheapest paid tier depends entirely on whether you would use it.

Where we have written about this

This is a price record, not a review. We do not rate the product, we track what it charges. The method is on how we check prices; mistakes end up in the corrections log.
