Home Chef prices per serving and lets you mix meal types in one box: it publishes $7.99 a serving for dinner, $9.98 for lunch and $4.98 for breakfast, and says standard meals “average at $9.99 per serving”. Six portions a week at that average is $59.94 of food.
It is also the only service here that publishes what a delivered box has to come to: a minimum weekly order value of $50.95 including shipping on the Home Chef Plan, and $82.91 on the Family Plan. The delivery fee itself is not printed — “shipping fee applies on deliveries after first box” is as specific as the plans page gets.
The introductory offer is 30% off the first three boxes (capped at $30 a box) and 45% off the next two (capped at $45). Home Chef’s terms then say charges “will increase or otherwise change upon termination of such promotional terms”. Unused box discounts expire ten weeks after signup.
