Google Password Manager is free, has no paid tier, and does not have a pricing page to check. Its own front page describes the whole product in two sentences: “Manage your saved passwords in Android or Chrome. They’re securely stored in your Google Account and available across all your devices.”
Note the scope in the vendor’s own wording — Android or Chrome. That is the boundary you are accepting in exchange for $0.00 a year, and it is worth reading before you decide that a paid manager is an unnecessary expense. If your logins have to work in Safari on a Mac and in a browser at work that is not Chrome, the free price is not doing you a favour.
Password Checkup, which flags weak and compromised saved passwords, is included rather than held back as the reason to upgrade. There is nothing to upgrade to.
Bitwarden Premium is $19.80 a year with no discount attached to it. 1Password's advertised price is a first-year rate, and the vendor's own footnote says so. Here is the ledger, the family-plan break-even, and the three prices we could not read at all.
