“Not published” means we did not find a renewal price stated by the vendor on the date we checked. It is not a claim that the price changes on renewal, and it is not a claim that it doesn’t.

Garmin Connect+ is $69.99 a year or $6.99 a month, with a 30-day trial in front of it. Paid monthly for a year it comes to $83.88, so the annual plan saves $13.89 — the narrowest monthly-to-annual gap of any subscription on this ledger, and the only one where paying monthly is close to defensible.

The sentence that matters is not the price. When Connect+ launched, Garmin’s announcement stated that all existing features and data in Garmin Connect would remain free, which makes this the rare fitness subscription that adds rather than removes. A watch you already own does not lose anything on the day you decline to subscribe.

Read the promise precisely, though. It covers the features that existed. It says nothing about where features built after that date will land, and the direction of travel across this whole category is one way.

Where we have written about this

This is a price record, not a review. We do not rate the product, we track what it charges. The method is on how we check prices; mistakes end up in the corrections log.
